These terms and conditions govern your use of the Image and Light Photography website and the services provided by Dominic Pote, trading as Image and Light Photography.
Bookings and Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit. Full payment is due on delivery of final images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Copyright
All images created by Image and Light Photography remain the copyright of Dominic Pote unless a full copyright transfer is agreed in writing. Usage licences are granted for agreed purposes only.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the loss of the booking deposit. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
